Detailed Project Description Your
project description should be as detailed as possible. It's better to have too
much information than too little. Some people choose to summarize the project in
the description field, and attach a file with more detailed info (for interested
bidders). This is highly recommended by the eprojx.co.uk marketplace..
Additional Features If you have
additional features you would like added into your project, which you did not mention in
the project description, please tell the Developer BEFORE they begin work. If
the Developer has already begun work on your project
and you wish to have additional features added,
then the developer can increase the charge for the
project.
It is highly recommended that
a fee for additional features is discussed prior
to the commencement of any work beginning, and during
the discussions over payment method. Any additional
features which incur additional charges should
be reported to the eprojx.co.uk webmaster immediately
as bound by the terms and conditions of service.
Any additional work not reported to eprojx.co.uk
will result in immediate termination of both accounts,
and further remedies as outlined by the terms and
conditions of service.
Custom Scripts - Request Demo Before you make
your final or full payment for the project, it is
recommended that the developer setup a demo of the
project on their own web space to make
sure it functions as you requested. Once the developer sends the custom script
to you it
could be too late to cancel the project, and you will be expected to pay for
their service.
Payment Method Before the work begins,
you should discuss with the Developer how you wish to make payment
later on. There are a few options to consider, for example 50% deposit the 50%
within 30 days of completion. 100% of payment within
7 days of completion. Be sure that the payment terms
are acceptable to both parties before any work is
undertaken. We suggest that both parties get an
agreement put in writing to ensure both parties
know where the stand with regard to payment.

Know The Project You should know
how you will create the script before you place your bid. If you need more
details, post on the message board for that project, request more information
from the webmaster. If you don't, at least make sure you are clear about the
project before you begin working on it.
Updates You might consider updating the
Project Owner on your progress throughout your work, especially if it's a long
project. This will assure both parties that there is no confusion over how the project is
suppose to look and work when the project is finished.
Additional
Features The project
owner may occasionally want additional features added
into their project, which were not mentioned in
the project description. The Project Owner has a responsibility to inform the
Developer BEFORE you begin work. If the Developer
has already begun work on your project and the Project
Owner wishes to have additional features added,
then the developer can increase the charge for the
project.
It is highly recommended that
a fee for additional features is discussed prior
to the commencement of any work beginning, and during
the discussions over payment method. Any additional
features which incur additional charges should
be reported to the eprojx.co.uk webmaster immediately
as bound by the terms and conditions of service.

will result in immediate termination of both accounts,
and further remedies as outlined by the terms and
conditions of service.
Custom Scripts - Provide Demo Before sending any
custom script
to the Project Owner, we advise you to setup a demo on your own web space so that the
Project Owner can
confirm it is what they wanted. You are almost guaranteed satisfaction if
you do this, because the Project Owner can see the script working before they
receive it and pay you.
Payment Method Before the work begins,
you should discuss with the Project Owner how you want them to send your payment
later on. There are a few options to consider, for example 50% deposit the 50%
within 30 days of completion. 100% of payment within
7 days of completion. Be sure that the payment terms
are acceptable to both parties before any work is
